Made to Order, Mindfully Created

To reduce waste and promote sustainability, all our clothes are made to order. This means your item is crafted only after you place your order, ensuring thoughtful production.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days (to prepare your order for shipping).
• Delivery Time: Typically 7–10 business days after dispatch. In rare cases (e.g., high demand or fabric sourcing delays), this may extend slightly. We’ll notify you if delays arise.
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping on orders with a final cart value of over ₹2500 or more.
• A flat shipping rate of ₹90 applies to orders below ₹2500. (India only).

Return and Refund Policy
Size exchange policy:

We offer product replacements of the same style and not across style. We offer a free first-size exchange on every item in your order. To initiate an exchange:

1. Email us at connect@talesoftanush.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, product name, current size, and requested size.
3. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact and unused.
4. After your first free exchange, additional size exchanges will incur the standard fee of ₹100 fee per item.

Returns:

We offer a 48-hour return! To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at contact@talesoftanush.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. No returns raised after this window will be processed. 
2. Include your order number, product name, and contact details in the mail.
3. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state.
4. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100 per item, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return exclusions:

Returns will not be accepted if:

1. The item was custom-made (e.g., personalized sizing or design).
2. The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).
3. The item was purchased at a discounted sale price.

Return pickup attempts:

• Return pickups will be attempted within 2–4 business days from the date of the request.
• A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
• Service availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited within 14-30 business days to your original payment method.
